BII NITA Awards
Mitchells & Butlers has this week been awarded a NITA award from the British Institute of Innkeeping (BII).
The National Training & Development awards are the pinnacle prize in licensed retail training and the Company's manager induction programme 'Compass' won the Licensee induction programme award, confirming that new managers joining Mitchells & Butlers receive the most comprehensive orientation in the licensed sector.
Mitchells & Butlers' HR Director, Chris Edger, attended the awards ceremony and commented: "This is an outstanding achievement for a world class induction programme. I am delighted that the Company has been recognised with such a prestigious accolade."
